Beginners Yoga Overview
Beginners Yoga will explore moving the body through simple sequences, building strength and flexibility in standing and sitting postures, as well practicing breathwork, meditation and relaxation to help comfort and soothe the mind and nervous system. These classes will gently guide you through a practice that will have a lasting impact, even with just one class a week. I say that with complete belief too! I realise I am biased, but just one class a week can make a huge difference. Vinyasa Flow Overview
Vinyasa Flow is a more dynamic class compared to Beginners Yoga. The pace of this class will be stronger and deeper, whilst remaining meditative and sensitive and maintaining integrity. You can expect to be challenged more physically in this class, being rewarded with a nidra practice (think 'business class relaxation') to end.
