Slow down and find some breathing space in the middle of the festive season. How we rest in the winter determines how we are born anew in the spring and this session will provide the space to attune to the season and follow nature's lead by turning our energy inward, finding stillness and silence deep within. As the earth slumbers in mid-winter we will practice some restorative yoga, gently moving between postures to ease stress and tension from the body. I will weave stories, silence, meditation and lullabies throughout to comfort frayed nerves and help you come back to your centre. There will also be time for a long deep nourishing nidra practice - a soothing balm before you leave to enjoy the rest of your Saturday.
