Yoga with Mudra Exploration
This practice introduces and explores mudras (gestures), with the intention of connecting to and strengthening intuition, and finding out how mudras can be a resource which can support you very personally. Through the use of hand gestures we connect into the yoga practice as a meditation, nourishing ourselves in a soulful way, finding internal resources tailor made to your current needs.
The practice also includes sequences which gently stretch, strengthen and mobilise the whole body. The practice starts with meditation and ends with nidra.
Please be aware that access to this class will expire at the end of September 2020, but you have unlimited access to the class until then.
