Whilst this practice has been designed with the intention of supporting vagal tone, developing vagal tone is dependent on many personal and complex variables, which means that this practice may not be effective for all. As such, all the practices within the class are offered as invitations, or suggestions, according to what feels best for you personally. The class contains breathing practices, grounded sun salutations, sounded sun salutations, meditation and nidra with visualisations.
