Pop Up Nidra
Thursday 9th January 2020
Come and snuggle up in sheepskin rugs and blankets and I will guide you through a beautiful long Nidra, sing you lullabies and then send you on your way, hopefully feeling a little more whole and restored.
I'm expecting this to fully book as there are only 12 spaces available, so do pleasebook it to reserve a spot!

"The nidra pop up was AMAZING. Everything about the pop up was great. I've been really physically unwell the past few months but I left feeling really energised and relaxed for the first time in ages. The theme of the nidra and the meditation was lovely, and Gill came and tucked everyone in with the blankets and was very attentive. Her singing was beautiful too. The whole session was very accessible too, as she said if people needed to move or take a break or anything they could, which removed any pressure. I just felt really safe and nurtured!"
