Pilgrimage of Sound, Hebden Bridge

This workshop is filled to the brim with goodness!
We will be exploring breathing techniques with sound ... bringing about greater energy and health and a profound sense of stillness (which will be experienced tangibly). We will also be learning beautiful mantras and japas, both in Sanskrit and English. We will experience sound as meditation and practice Bhakti Nidra. And we will explore how sound can be used in posture/movement (accessible to all) to create a beautiful yoga practice bringing deep connection to your essence/self.
This workshop means a great deal to me; as I begin to remember my own voice, I am grateful to share the soulful depths and courage it takes to allow ourselves to be heard.
