Immerse yourself into the practice of Yoga Nidra.
We will be practicing various Yoga Nidras, including a Nidra to strengthen intuition, Bhakti Nidra, a moving Nidra (accessible to everyone), a storytelling Nidra, as well an ancient classical Nidra.
We will explore various aspects of Yoga Nidra including Sankalpa (heartfelt desire), the science behind Nidra (why and how it works) as well as deepening our understanding of Yoga Nidra from a philosophical perspective.
The intention for this day is for it to be deeply restorative, therapeutic and soothing. It is a useful workshop for anyone interested in Nidra, as well as teachers wishing to deepen their knowledge.
