Winter Stillness 2 Hour Retreat Sunday 11th December, 4.30-6.30pm, York Steiner School
2 hours of TLC for your body, mind and soul: we will ease out stress with stretching and deep breathing, soothe our bodies with gentle movement, rest deeply in stillness with some restorative yoga, practice chocolate meditations and nidra (deep relaxation) whilst being sung lullabies ... and be told a therapeutic story to bring calm and comfort on the run up to Christmas.
Only 8 spaces! Please contact Gillian to book your space. £15. 100% of the proceeds from this class are being donated to the Class 8 (Steiner School) trip fund. The school are generously donating the space for free.
Please bring your own yoga mat! I will bring bolsters, blankets, sheepskins, eye bags, chocolate and instruments (antique singing bowls, koshis and shruti box to nourish the soul).
