Gillian is the most wonderful, intuitive and soulful yoga teacher. I feel incredibly lucky to have access to her online classes. Her sessions always feel exactly what is needed at that particular time, in that particular season…Even over Zoom Gillian has a gift of connection with others. Whether you need restorative or something more dynamic and strengthening, there is a class to suit. I love being able to roll out of bed and into a session. Overview In Dawn Yoga we practice postures, movements and meditations which reflect the time of the year; we hibernate in the depths of winter with restorative postures and meditations, we stretch and cleanse in spring, in the summer we energise, mobilise and strengthen, and in the autumn we strengthen, ground and rest as the season turns.
When & Where Join live online, on zoom, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Your camera and mic will be automatically off as you join, so no need to worry about getting ready for the session. Just roll out of bed. It is fine if you arrive late, or if you need to leave early - no-one is disturbed in zoom land. And if you miss the class, you can catch up using the video which is uploaded as soon as the class ends (subscribers only).

Gillian is such a wonderful yoga teacher and a person of great warmth, care and love which radiates to all who join her classes. I came across her workshops some years ago and they quite simply transformed my life at the time. As someone with chronic health issues I didn’t realise that a yoga practice could exist to suit my abilities. Not only did I learn such a thing through Gillian’s teaching but with with her intuition, perception and seemingly infinite knowledge and ideas I found an altogether healing practice. I love her zoom classes & find the restorative ones and those with gentle movement particularly useful & enjoyable.
