Mondays 7-8am: Dawn Yoga Dawn Yoga starts with 10 minutes of pranayama (breathing practices), followed by Sun Salutations and some posture practice. Class ends with meditation. These classes are fairly strong and dynamic, yet also calm and steady.
Tuesdays 6-7.15pm: Slow Flow Slow Flow moves the whole body in a gentle and meditative way. Class ends with nidra. Along with postures and movement, we often use meditations, mudras/gestures, bhavana/feeling, pranayama/breathing techniques, etc, to help soothe and calm the nervous system, and work with the whole 'self', not just the body.

Pop up Slow Sunday (one per month) 23rd January 2022: 4pm-5.30pm One Sunday per month. These sessions weave restorative yoga, nidra, storytelling, gentle movement, deep breathing, mudra and mantra (lullabies) together with the intention of providing deep rest for body, mind and soul.
