10 week Online Course Starts Tuesday 9th January 2024, 6pm
Overview Learn postures and sequences to strengthen, develop flexibility and feel more connected to your body. Each class will include relaxation and meditation techniques to release stress and anxiety, as well as some basic philosophy to help deepen your understanding and connection to the practice.
